Instructions:

1. Clean the nipples to remove body oil and skin residue. Dry the nipples with a towel.
2. Apply the nipple covers one side at a time. Make sure while applying, your nipple is centered in the cover's opening. If you're not satisfied with the result, peel off and try again.
3. Gently press the nipple cover against the skin.

Recommendations:
1. Do not use a brush, nails, or other irritating cleaning solutions to clean the nipple covers. All you need is warm water or a mild body wash.
2. Hand wash the nipple covers and do not dry in the sun.
3. We recommend not to use the nipple covers on scars, wounds, or sensitive skin.
