Instructions:

Clear your skin of any oil and cream. Once done, dry your skin with a towel. Remove the protective film from the cup and the transparent strap. Flip the cup outward while holding the transparent strip by its end with one hand. Place the cup at the desired breast angle and gently press the edges of the cup with your fingertips. Then pull the transparent strap upward over your shoulder. When the desired position is achieved, adhere the strap to the skin. Repeat the same procedure with the other breast. Press both cups firmly against the breasts for optimal adhesive effect.

Hand wash the silicone lifts with warm water, once completely dry, cover the lifts with the protective films.
