Instructions:

Clear your skin of any oil and cream. Once done, dry the skin with a towel. Remove the protective film from the cup and the transparent strap. Flip the cup outwards while holding the transparent strap by its end with one hand. Place the cup at your desired breast angle and gently press the edges of the cup with your fingertips. Next, pull the transparent strap upward over your shoulder. When desired position is achieved, stick the strap to your skin. Repeat the same procedure with the other breast. Press both cups firmly onto your breasts for optimal adhesive effect.

Hand wash the silicone lifts with warm water, once completely dry, cover the lifts with protective films.
