HOW TO INSERT MY EVE CUP?

Choose the position that feels most comfortable and to facilitate insertion, wet it with water or use water-based lubricant and follow these steps. HOW TO REMOVE MY EVE CUP?

With clean hands and in the most comfortable and relaxed position, contract your vaginal muscles to bring the cup close to the entrance of the vagina. Use a finger to check that the edges of the cup are well detached from the vaginal wall. Squeeze the bottom to loosen the pressure to remove it and pour its contents into the toilet.
