On these cards, the intensity of the challenges increases each day, starting on day 1 with gentler attempts to reach the peak of excitement on the final day.

Before beginning the challenge, it is crucial to keep a few basic rules in mind:

• Discuss the conditions with every player, establishing limits.
• Choose a safe word to be used when anyone wants to stop any actions performed in the 30 days.
• Both participants should have a strong sense of trust.
• There should be one dominant player and one submissive, who can alternate roles throughout the 30 days.
• Never tie anything around the neck.
• Avoid tying tightly.
• Use rounded-tip scissors to keep at hand in case the submissive feels overwhelmed.
• The challenges will increase in intensity as the days progress.
