INTIMRELAX is specifically designed to treat atrophic vaginitis, dyspareunia, and general difficulties with vaginal contraction and penetration.

This trainer facilitates the gradual dilation of the vaginal canal.

To begin, apply a small amount of water-based lubricant at the vaginal entrance (about the size of a chestnut) and gently massage for 2-3 minutes.

Next, take the smaller INTIMRELAX component. Apply lubricant similarly to the tip and gently insert it into the vagina. Add lubricant as needed if dryness occurs.
